This article describes how to troubleshoot tray issues.
Turn off the Ripple Maker, manually push the tray down.
The tray should go all the way down- see photo:
Make sure nothing blocks the tray from going down:
* Dried coffee/milk/beer.
* The Ripples rubber coaster.
* Any other foreign object.
