Ripple Maker II - Tray won't go up

Symptom:

Tray won't raise while trying to print, no error message is displayed. 

Cause:

The FFC cable is not / partially connected.

Action:

1. Disconnect your Ripple Maker 2 from the electricity, leaving it on may cause serious damage to the machine.

2. Connect the FFC (White) cable: Make sure it is well connected to the board on the back of the Ripple Maker 2 in one end and to the pod at the other end.

3. Turn on the Ripple Maker 2 and print.
