Ripple Maker II - White/Boot Screen - SD Card Issue

White Screen  or Raspberry Booting Screen

Symptom:

The screen is white 

or in Raspberry booting screen.

Action:
1. Turn off the Ripple Maker 2.
2. Move the pod to the right and towards the screen so it will not block your access to the SD card.

3. Pull the white sticker that covers the card and take the card out and put it back in again, make sure the SD card is located properly in the port.

4. Turn on the machine.

5. If that does not solve the issue replace the sd card with a fresh one (that we send, the customer can't buy one in the store and use it) while the machine is off and afterward conduct a factory reset via Settings  -> SYSTEM -> Factory reset -> the password is 1234.

The reset might take several minutes.

5. If this process doesn't help, escalate it to support.
