Can't see all of your designs on your Ripple Maker? The most common reason is an expired Design Plan. Here's how to check and what to do.
What changes when a Design Plan expires
Design Plans are purchased separately for each Ripple Maker. Without an active plan, your machine keeps working, but with a limited feature set:
- You can upload up to 100 designs.
- You get access to 20 pre-selected royalty-free designs at a time, updated monthly, instead of the full Ripples design library.
- The WebApp uses the standard Ripples branding and frames, and the QR code is the public Ripples QR code. Customized WebApp branding, personal frames and the private QR code require an active plan.
The Advanced Design Plan is $360 per year per Ripple Maker (price shown in US dollars and may vary by currency) and includes unlimited designs and unlimited access to the design library. You can view and renew plans here: Ripple service plans.
Other common reasons designs don't appear
- The machine is offline, so new content can't sync.
- The machine is assigned to a different location than the one where your designs are stored.
- A new user or manager took over and doesn't have access to the Cloud account that holds the designs.
Step 1: Check your connection and location
- On the machine, go to Settings > Connectivity and make sure it is online. A mobile hotspot is a quick way to test.
- Confirm the machine is assigned to the right location. See How To Create or Change your Ripple Maker's Location.
- Go to Settings > Content and tap Sync Content.
Step 2: Upload or manage designs in the Cloud
- Log in to my.drinkripples.com or the Drinkripples app.
- Go to Device Content > Ripple Maker > Channels and select your channel.
- Tap the pencil (edit) icon, then the plus button to upload a logo or image.
- Designs sync to the machine over Wi-Fi automatically.
New to the Cloud? Watch The Ripples Cloud Walkthrough. If the previous manager has left, see how to get access to your Ripples account.
