The previous manager left: how to get access to your Ripples account

If the person who used to manage your Ripple Maker has left your business, you can still get full access. Here's how.

What you'll need

• The Ripple Maker's serial number. It's shown on the machine under the information icon (see How to find your serial number).
• Your name, email address and phone number.

Get a Cloud user account

Contact us (see Contact Ripples) and let us know you need a new Cloud user. We'll create it, and you'll receive a password-reset email to set up your login.

With a Cloud account you can:

• Order pods through the online store
• Log in to the Drinkripples mobile app and the Desktop Cloud
• Upload and manage designs for your machine
