This article describes the User Interface settings that are available on your Ripple Maker.

From the home page tap the Start Icon, then tap on the side menu icon on the top left corner of the screen:

• Under Maintenance:
  • "Replace pod" = replace an ink cartridge.
  • "Raise the tray for cleaning" = raises tray to clean spills under the tray
  • "Clean drip tray" = needs to be done at least twice daily (for Ripple Maker S/N BKxxxx, tap here)
  • Print Quality- If you are having issues with print quality check out the print quality wizard to help solve any printing problems
  • "Clear mobile queue"  = used when your mobile queue is getting too full. This feature will clear the Ripples that were sent via the mobile app and permanently delete them on all of the Ripple Makers assigned to your location.
• "Support" =   Ripples' Support contact details (email and phone). Please contact us with any issue that you need help with.
• "Advanced": (please do not tap any item that is not as below without a Ripples agent): 
  • "Sync Content"- Sync all new content from the channels and the mobile queue.
  • "Delete Content"- Delete all of the content from the Ripple Maker.
  • Pod Set Up- 
  • "Advanced Pod Setup".
  • "Ethernet Settings."
  • "WIFI Settings."
  • "Browser."
  • "Language.".
