This article describes how to troubleshoot 1 stripe in the same place with the Ripple Maker AM/PM.

1. Open the back door of the Ripple Maker, remove the metal piece blocking the Y-axis from moving:

Make sure nothing else is blocking the Y-axis from moving.

2. Turn off and back on:

Press the power button until the white light turns off.
