Ripple Maker II/Pro - Tray stuck on top

Is your Ripple Maker tray stuck on top and doesn't go down?

Simply conduct daily maintenance to solve it.

Just hit the "hamburger" menu (3 lines) and go to maintenance 

Click on Daily Maintenance and just skip all steps until going back to the main screen and the tray should go down by then.
