Please find below the latest changes of our latest software version (1.21.35)

• Desktop portal

• Add Icon in the cloud to designs which are free

• When you do renewal of more than one year of support and warranty toggler, only support updated
• Update Help page- add link to support page
• Automatic notification - when moving org to new parent update notification according to patent
• On service level change from Enterprise/ Design service to free Skin changed to default
• Schedule report - you get report of one month before , and date in quarterly report are with shift of 1 day , email was sent few times

• Ripple Maker (version 1.21.x) :
  • Increase WIFI connection timeout in WIFI test
  • Option to trigger software update from main QC page
  • Replace the Target image in the print test
  • Multicolor macron printed in 90°

Ripple Maker II & II Pro Software Update – August 2022

We’ve been busy this summer and have a great new software update coming your way.

The main changes in this version are:
Ripple Maker II Pro- Support Two Color and Chameleon Plus printing

Ripple Maker II Pro- Cup detection improvements and camera calibration improvements

Ripple Maker II Pro and Ripple Maker II- Network bug fixes (connect to hotspots and hidden networks)

Ripple Maker II Pro and Ripple Maker II- Support hidden network

Ripple Maker II Pro and Ripple Maker II- Slider adjuster for print density to support printing on macarons and other foods

Please connect your Ripple Maker to Wi-Fi, enter the menu, tap settings, tap system, and under software, tap update to complete the update. It should take approximately 3 minutes to complete the update.
