Ripple Maker AM/PM – Product Retirement and End of Support

Following our previous End-of-Sale announcement for Ripple Maker AM and Ripple Maker PM, we are now sharing the final stage in the lifecycle of these models.

Every great product eventually earns its retirement. ❤️

After years of creating memorable moments on drinks around the world, the Ripple Maker AM and Ripple Maker PM have reached the final stage of their journey.

These models are now officially retired and no longer supported by Ripples.

We’re incredibly proud of what the original generation of Ripple Makers achieved and of the thousands of experiences they helped create. While it’s time to say goodbye to hardware support, customers who continue using their machines can still access several Ripples services.

What does product retirement mean?

Effective immediately:

• Warranty renewals are no longer available for Ripple Maker AM/PM.
• Hardware support and RMA services are no longer available.
• Ripples will no longer provide repairs or replacement units for these models.
• The previous discounted upgrade program has ended.

You can still keep your Ripple Maker going

If your Ripple Maker AM/PM is still working, you are welcome to continue using it.

Customers can still:

• Purchase Ripples Pods.
• Purchase available Ripple Maker AM/PM accessories
• Renew an Advanced Design Plan.
• Access and manage their machine through Ripples Cloud and the Ripples App.
• Use our existing Knowledge Base guides for self-service troubleshooting and maintenance.

Need help troubleshooting your machine?

Although direct technical assistance via phone, chat or mail is no longer provided by our Support Team for Ripple Maker AM/PM, our Knowledge Base will remain available with setup guides, troubleshooting instructions, maintenance information, and other useful resources for these models.
