Forgot my password to access my Ripples Account

Did you forget your Ripples Cloud Password? No worries, just go through the steps below and you will be just fine.

1. On the Ripples Cloud Login page https://my.drinkripples.com/ripples, click on “Forgot?”

2. Fill in the email address associated with your account, and click on the red "Reset  Password" button and you will receive password reset instructions in your inbox.

After submitting the "Reset Password" request you will see the screen below

In your inbox, you will get the email below where you should click to confirm the password change by clicking on the "Click here."

A new window will open (see below)

Just create your new password and re-type it in the 2nd line to confirm.

Finish the action by clicking on the red arrow button.
