Your Drip Tray Is Getting Full? All About Pod Spitting During the printing process, your Ripple Maker occasionally "spits" a small amount of extract into the drip tray.
This is a normal part of the process and helps to keep the nozzles open and prevent drying, ensuring optimal print quality. The more you print continuously, the less spitting will occur.
The amount of spitting may vary between different pods due to the varying consistencies of the edible extracts.
Important: The estimated number of prints from a pod already considers the small amount of extract used in the spitting process.
Color Matching
Just so you know, the colors printed by your Ripple Maker are made from edible extracts, and may not perfectly match the colors displayed on your screen. For best results, we recommend printing with the Chameleon pod on macarons, as it provides the highest contrast.
