How to Activate a 30-Day Trial for the Advanced Design Plan

This article explains how to activate a trial of the Advanced Design plan on a customer's Ripple Maker from the Ripples cloud admin.

Steps

Step 1 – Open Devices and find the machine

1. In the cloud admin left menu, under ASSETS, click Devices.
2. Type the machine's serial number in the Search Ripple Makers box and press Enter.
3. Click the machine to open its page.

Step 2 – Open the Trial Service Plan window

1. On the machine page, scroll to the SERVICE PLANS section.
2. In the Advanced Support row, click the Trial Service Plan link.

Step 3 – Set up the trial

1. Open the Service plan dropdown and select Advanced Design.

2. In Duration, type 30 (days).
3. Tick Apply immediately.
4. Click Save.

Step 4 – Verify

Back on the machine page, check the SERVICE PLANS section and confirm the plan is shown as Active with the correct end date.
