Bank Transfers (ACH & SEPA) and Shipping Timelines
Important information regarding payment processing times, bank transfers, and when your delivery window begins.
Why Bank Transfers Require Additional Time
Unlike credit cards or PayPal—which confirm funds almost instantaneously—bank debit methods (such as SEPA and ACH) require clearing house verification before orders can be released from our fulfillment center.
| Payment Method | Bank Clearing Time | Order Fulfillment & Dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| SEPA Direct Debit (EU) | Up to 6 business days | Dispatched immediately upon bank confirmation |
| ACH Direct Debit (US) | Up to 5 business days | Dispatched immediately upon bank confirmation |
| Credit Card / PayPal | Instant / Real-time | Processed within standard 24–48 fulfillment hours |
* In rare cases (such as international bank holidays or additional fraud checks), bank clearances may take slightly longer.
What Happens When Express Shipping is Selected?
Selecting Express Shipping ensures your order moves through the fastest carrier route once it leaves our warehouse. However, warehouse dispatch is held until your bank confirms that the transfer is complete.
- Phase 1 (Bank Processing): Your bank initiates and clears the transfer (up to 5–7 business days).
- Phase 2 (Warehouse Dispatch): Once funds settle, our logistics team packs and ships the order.
- Phase 3 (Transit): Your selected shipping speed (Express / Standard) applies from this moment.
Need Your Order Urgently?
If you require immediate dispatch (within 24–48 hours), we strongly recommend paying by Credit Card or PayPal, which process instantly and avoid banking transfer delays.
