Dear Customer:
We use the online calendar (Calendly) platform to help customers self-serve their sessions with the support team.
At the moment we have 2 different calendars in the platform, the 1st is for setting a session for onboarding (new customer), and the other calendar is for setting up a support/know-how session with the support team.
