This article will discuss how to troubleshoot when your Ripple Maker is not printing and producing an Error 3.
Symptom:
Pod not found [3]
Action:
1. Remove the pod from the Ripple Maker (using "replace pod" wizard)
2. Move your finger on the golden pins- Make sure they're all pops out and clean:
3. Make sure the pod holder (black part) didn't come apart:

4.Before you enter the pod, make sure you've removed the Blue Tape from the Pod
5. Make sure the print card is not damaged / dirty:
If it is, please turn off the Ripple Maker and clean it gently with a dry paper towel.
5. Turn off and back on:
Press the power button until the white light turns off.
