This article describes how to troubleshoot Errors 7,8 & 18.
Symptoms:
Unknown internal printer error 7:

Action:
1. Open the Ripple Maker as shown below:
Make sure nothing is interfering the printing process.
Could be:
- Dried coffee/milk/beer (manually move the pod all the way to the front and all the way to the back to make sure it can move smoothly).
- Any other foreign object.
Clean: Dirty:
2. Turn off and back on:
Press the power button until the white light turns off.
3. Make sure your Ripple Maker isn't moving in a robotic way / stop in the middle of the printing process:
