This article describes how to troubleshoot a tray that goes up and won't print.

Symptom:

Action:

1. Make sure the cup height is as the follow (especially if the following error occurs -  "no cup placed on tray"):

 Maximum Cup height for the Beer (PM)Ripple Maker is 220-225mm.

 Minimum cup height for the Beer (PM) Ripple Maker is 110mm.

 Maximum Cup height for the Coffee (AM) Ripple Maker is 180mm.

 Minimum cup height for the Coffee (AM) Ripple Maker is 45mm.

2. Make sure to fill the cup all the way to the top:

3. Make sure there is a pod inside the Ripple Maker(Pod Not Found error 3):

4. Go to the "start" screen:

Tap the settings button() at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Update".

Tap "CHECK AGAIN" 3-4 times until you see the "DONE" button:
